Company profile

René Coppens founded Byte Works BV in 2003 and has a successful record as a business consultant and project manager since 1992. His resume:

• Developed several applications in COBOL, Pascal, Basic and dBaseIV during his study at the “HTS” in Utrecht from 1986 to 1990
• Finished the “HTS” in Utrecht as an engineer in computer sciences in 1990
• Started working after military service in 1992 as a programmer with Holland Automation International BV (HAI)
• Continued his career at HAI as consultant and project manager for HAI on various national and international projects from 1992 to 1995
• Worked for Schenker AG in Germany and was responsible for all coordination and activities for the world-wide rollout of HAI in 18 countries from 1995 to 2003, and SAP since 1999
• Founded Byte Works BV and provides free lance business consulting
• Managing partner of Con solit with operational responsibility for the consultancy services from 2003 to 2005 for AccountView and SAP R/3
• Continues up to today with providing SAP R/3 consultancy as well as international project management and personal coaching
